PUBLIC MUSEUM TO RESUME IN PERSON HISTORY PROGRAMS

THIS MONTH MARKS THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE SIOUX CITY PUBLIC MUSEUM BECOMING A DESTINATION ATTRACTION IN DOWNTOWN SIOUX CITY.

THE MUSEUM HAS ANNOUNCED IT IS RETURNING TO LIMITED-CAPACITY, IN-PERSON PROGRAMS STARTING WITH THIS THURSDAY’S HISTORY AT HIGH NOON PROGRAM.
THE IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES REQUIRE A RESERVATION.

HISTORY AT HIGH NOON: SHOWCASES THE PUBLIC MUSEUM STORY IN SIOUX CITY AND WILL BE PRESENTED BY HALEY AGUIRRE, THE ARCHIVAL RECORDS CLERK.

SHE WILL CHRONICLE THE TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE MUSEUM FROM ITS ORIGINS IN 1858 TO ITS CURRENT LOCATION AT 4TH AND NEBRASKA STREETS.

CAPACITY IS LIMITED TO 40 PEOPLE AND RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE BY CALLING 712-279-6174.

PROTECTIVE MASKS/FACE COVERINGS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED AND NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED.
