WOODBURY COUNTY IS AMONG 20 COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS WHICH REFUSED DOSES OF PFIZER OR MODERNA VACCINE THAT THEY COULD HAVE RECEIVED THIS WEEK.

TYLER BROCK OF SIOUXLAND DISTRICT HEALTH SAYS THE REFUSAL OF MODERNA VACCINE WAS BASED ON NEED AND SUPPLY:
