THE SOUTH DAKOTA SUPREME COURT WILL HEAR ARGUMENTS ON A VOTER-APPROVED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT LEGALIZING RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA ON APRIL 28TH AT THE STATE CAPITOL.
. THE BALLOT INITIATIVE WAS PASSED THIS SPRING AND HAS BEEN MET WITH OPPOSITION BY THE GOVERNOR AND MANY LAWMAKERS.
A LOWER COURT RULING PREVIOUSLY STRUCK DOWN THE AMENDMENT, AND SOUTH DAKOTANS FOR BETTER MARIJUANA LAWS HAS APPEALED.
