SIOUX CITY FIRE RESCUE HAS BECOME THE FIRST DEPARTMENT TO INSPIRE IOWANS TO BECOME ORGAN DONORS BY DISPLAYING A “DONATE LIFE” FLAG AT STATION 4 ON DEARBORN AVENUE.
