Sioux City, IA — The Junior League of Sioux City invites the community to dust off their dancing shoes and relive room night with a grown up twist at the 3rd Annual Adult Prom, happening Friday, February 28, 2026, at Stoney Creek Inn in Sioux City.
This year’s theme, Bright Lights Big City, promises a glamorous, high energy evening full of fun, nostalgia, and celebration. Adult Prom is one of the Junior League of Sioux City’s signature fundraisers, bringing the community together for a night of entertainment while supporting the League’s mission and programs throughout the Siouxland area. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best or worst prom attire and attend however they choose with friends, a date, or solo. The evening kicks off with dinner at one of the event’s sponsoring restaurants, with participating locations to be announced soon on the Junior League of Sioux City Facebook event page.
After dinner, the party continues at Stoney Creek Inn, where attendees can dance the night away or relax with friends and enjoy a cocktail or two. A top local DJ will be spinning music from all eras, guests will enjoy prom photo opportunities, and there will be a vote for prom king and queen.
This even is strictly 21+. Prom festivities wrap up at 11 pm.
