SHE RECEIVED HER UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF NEBRASKA AND LAW DEGREE FROM WASHBURN UNIVERSITY OF LAW.
WICKS FILLS A VACANCY CREATED FOLLOWING THE RETIREMENT OF JUDGE TODD HENSLEY.
