WHILE MANY ROADS IN THE RIVERSIDE AREA THAT WERE CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING HAVE REOPENED, LOCAL OFFICIALS URGE THE PUBLIC TO AVOID THESE ROADWAYS TO FACILITATE ONGOING CLEANUP EFFORTS.

RIVERSIDE.
