THREE IOWA AGENCIES ARE DEVELOPING GUIDELINES AND REAL-TIME RESOURCES FOR CITY AND COUNTY OFFICIALS WHO MAY HAVE TO RESTRICT WATER USAGE DURING A DROUGHT EMERGENCY.
