FORMER PLYMOUTH COUNTY DEPUTY AGREES TO PLEA DEAL

A FORMER PLYMOUTH COUNTY DEPUTY HAS PLEADED GUILTY TO THEFT AND BURGLARY CHARGES IN A PLEA AGREEMENT.

43-YEAR-OLD AARON LEUSINK PLEADED GUILTY TO FIVE COUNTS OF BURGLARY, FELONIOUS MISCONDUCT IN OFFICE, FOUR COUNTS OF THEFT AND UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

HE HAD BEEN ACCUSED OF STEALING PRESCRIPTION DRUGS AND OTHER PROPERTY FROM VARIOUS PLACES INCLUDING THE SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT EVIDENCE ROOM AND TWO PHARMACIES; AND WAS IN POSSESSION OF OVER 1,600 PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION PILLS ON APRIL 20TH OF 2020.

SENTENCING HAS BEEN SET FOR JUNE 10TH IN PLYMOUTH COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.
A PRE-SENTENCE INVESTIGATION REPORT WILL BE PREPARED.
