TWENTY YEARS AFTER AN ANTHRAX ATTACK ON MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, A NEW REPORT SAYS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STILL DOESN’T HAVE AN EFFECTIVE BIO DETECTION SYSTEM.
