27-YEAR-OLD CRISTHIAN BAHENA RIVERA WAS SENTENCED BY JUDGE JOEL YATES IN POWESHIEK COUNTY DISTRICT COURT:FOR THE 2018 KILLING OF TIBBETTS, WHO DISAPPEARED WHILE JOGGING IN BROOKLYN, IOWA:
