THE DRIVER, 24-YEAR-OLD DAVID HERNANDEZ FUENTES OF CERES, CALIFORNIA, WAS ARRESTED FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH INTENT TO DELIVER AND NO DRUG TAX STAMP.
HE WAS LODGED IN THE DAWSON COUNTY JAIL.
