NEARLY HALF OF ELIGIBLE IOWANS HAVE BEEN FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID-19, BUT MOST COUNTIES IN THE STATE ARE TURNING DOWN MORE VACCINE.

GOVERNOR KIM REYNOLDS SAYS IOWA WAS OFFERED AROUND 110,000 DOSES OF VACCINE LAST WEEK:

REYNOLDS SAYS IOWA HAS 79,000 DOSES OF VACCINE BANKED WITH THE CENTERS FOR DISEASE CONTROL.

THAT MEANS THERE’S PLENTY AVAILABLE FOR THOSE AGES 18 AND UP WHO WANT TO GET IT:

THE GOVERNOR SAYS THE STATE IS MOVING FROM MASS VACCINATION CLINICS TO SMALLER TARGETED ONES.

NEXT WEEK THE STATE WILL ALSO LAUNCH A NEW PUBLIC SERVICE AD CAMPAIGN TO TRY AND GET MORE IOWANS TO GET THE VACCINE.
