THE SOUTH DAKOTA SUPREME COURT HEARD ARGUMENTS WEDNESDAY OVER THE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF AMENDMENT A THAT LEGALIZED RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA AND WAS APPROVED BY VOTERS LAST NOVEMBER.
