WOODBURY COUNTY TO HAVE RURAL DRUG TAKE BACK DAY LOCATIONS

THE WOODBURY COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE DRUG TAKE BACK DAY THIS SATURDAY IN SOME RURAL TOWN LOCATIONS FOR THE FIRST TIME.

THE NATIONAL PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY AIMS TO PROVIDE A SAFE, CONVENIENT, AND RESPONSIBLE MEANS OF DISPOSING OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS, WHILE ALSO EDUCATING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE POTENTIAL FOR ABUSE OF MEDICATIONS.

WOODBURY COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES WILL MAN COLLECTION SITES FROM 10AM UNTIL 2PM TO ACCEPT EXPIRED, UNUSED AND UNWANTED PRESCRIPTION DRUGS.

THEY WILL BE AT THE LEWIS FAMILY PHARMACY IN MOVILLE, THE SERGEANT BLUFF PHARMACY AT 105 GAUL DRIVE AND MILLS PHARMACY IN ANTHON.
