THE YANKTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE FBI AND OTHER AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES HELD A JOINT NEWS CONFERENCE TUESDAY REGARDING A REWARD FOR INFORMATION TO HELP SOLVE A NEARLY 30-YEAR-OLD COLD CASE.
THE BODY OF 19-YEAR-OLD TAMMY HAAS OF YANKTON WAS FOUND IN A RAVINE NEAR THE CROFTON GOLF COURSE IN NORTHEAST NEBRASKA ABOUT A WEEK AFTER SHE DISAPPEARED IN SEPTEMBER OF 1992.
YANKTON POLICE COMMANDER TODD BRANDT SAYS TUESDAY WOULD HAVE BEEN TAMMY’S 48TH BIRTHDAY.:
