PROPOSALS ON TO AUTOMATICALLY RESTORE FELON VOTING RIGHTS AND TRACK RACIAL PROFILING FAILED TO CLEAR THE FRIDAY DEADLINE.

THE GOVERNOR’S PROPOSAL TO ALLOW OVER-THE-COUNTER SALES OF BIRTH CONTROL ALSO STALLED AGAIN THIS YEAR.
