TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED & CHARGED IN SOUTH SIOUX SHOOTINGS

SOUTH SIOUX CITY POLICE HAVE ARRESTED TWO SUSPECTS WHO HAVE BEEN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH RECENT DRIVE BY SHOOTINGS IN THAT CITY.

21-YEAR-OLD JOSE ALFREDO HAMMAN OF SIOUX CITY IS CHARGED WITH USE OF A FIREARM TO COMMIT A FELONY, POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY A PROHIBITED PERSON, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT AND ATTEMPT OF A CLASS 2 FELONY, TERRORISTIC THREATS AND INTENTIONAL CHILD ABUSE WITH NO INJURY.

THOSE CHARGES STEM FROM HIS ALLEGED INVOLVEMENT IN THE DRIVE-BY SHOOTING THAT OCCURRED ON SUNDAY, MARCH 14TH.

HAMMAN AND 24-YEAR-OLD MIGUEL ANGEL CERON OF SOUTH SIOUX CITY ARE BOTH CHARGED IN ANOTHER DRIVE BY SHOOTING ON MARCH 9TH.

HAMMAN FACES SIX MORE COUNTS IN THAT INCIDENT.

CERON IS CHARGED WITH AIDING AND ABETTING A CLASS 3A FELONY AND TWO COUNTS OF CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A CLASS 2 FELONY.

SOUTH SIOUX POLICE SAY THE INVESTIGATION OF THE SHOOTINGS IS ONGOING.
