CHARGES INCLUDE ATTEMPTED MURDER AND INTIMIDATION WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON. DETECTIVES SAY THE HOME WHERE THE SHOTS WERE FIRED WAS INTENTIONALLY TARGETED.
