GOVERNOR KIM REYNOLDS SAYS IT’S TIME FOR AN ETHANOL MANDATE IN IOWA, TO BOOST AN INDUSTRY BATTERED BY THE E-P-A’S RESISTANCE TO THE FEDERAL ETHANOL PRODUCTION MANDATE.
