LING SAYS THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO ARE ALSO RECEIVING THEIR SECOND DOSE OF VACCINE:

SHE SAYS THE FEDERAL RETAIL PHARMACY VACCINE PROGRAM WILL START NEXT WEEK IN NEBRASKA.
