This Monday, Aug. 24 Bishop Heelan High School will open its school year with freshmen who will receive an orientation and be the first students to sample a school day with face masks, shields and distancing. And Dr. John Flannery, President of Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools, has a big day planned:
