Sioux City Police say they have received confirmation of positive COVID-19 tests for several staff members.
Sgt. Jeremy McClure says the department learned of the positive results Thursday:

McClure says the department maintains full capabilities to respond to 911 and citizen calls for service, but will now wear protective masks:

Police officials are not releasing any information on positions, roles, ages, or numbers of employees affected or isolating.
