A dozen Sioux City residents are learning what it’s like to be a firefighter over the next several weeks.
Deputy Fire Marshall Joe Rodriquez of Sioux City Fire Rescue says the 10th annual “Citizens Academy” just completed their third week:

Each Thursday evening those taking part participate in “hands on” activities that firefighters do every day as part of their job:
