The city of South Sioux City has declared a snow emergency that will take effect beginning Thursday morning at 8am.
All vehicles need to be off the Emergency Snow Routes in South Sioux City and odd/even parking will begin March 7th on the odd side of the streets.
This needs to be accomplished by 8 AM each morning.
Vehicles not in compliance are subject to towing.
