A fire in Riverside destroyed a garage and several motorcycles inside of it on Monday afternoon.
The blaze was reported shortly after 4:30PM at 2119 Nash Street.
Sioux City Fire Rescue officials say the fire started when a motorcycle being worked on apparently backfired.
No injuries were reported but the garage and its contents were ruled a total loss.
