Orange City is preparing to host thousands of bike riders this summer after their selection as the host city for the start of the 45th annual Register’s Great Bike Ride Across Iowa.
Mayor Deb DeHaan is the mayor of Orange City and says the community is thrilled to be the starting point of the July event:

De Haan says Orange City residents are forming committees and showing interest to volunteer for the annual bike ride.

RAGBRAI starts July 23rd with overnight stops in Spencer, Algona, Clear Lake, Charles City, Cresco, Waukon, and Lansing where it concludes July 29th.
