A well known Sioux City artist is the new director of the Le Mars Arts Center.
Mark Kochen has been hired to assume the responsibilities of overseeing the facility.
Kochen has been a professional artist for over 15 years and created the Rocklin Manufacturing Company three-story mural in downtown Sioux City.
He has a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree from Iowa State University of Design and Drawing and Painting.
