TWO AGENTS FROM THE IOWA DIVISION OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION HAVE BEEN CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS WITH WITNESSES.

BURKE SAYS IT APPEARS THE INJURED MAN WAS SHOT WITH HIS OWN GUN DURING A STRUGGLE.
