THE CORPS IS PREDICTING A BELOW NORMAL RUN OFF YEAR FOR THE RESERVOIRS AND RIVER SYSTEM.

LOW SAYS THE ONLY POTENTIAL FLOOD THREAT FOR NOW IS IN THE LOWER BASIN AREA IN EASTERN KANSAS AND IN MISSOURI.
