Downtown Partners has started an effort to give a cleaner look to Sioux City’s downtown area.
Director Ragen Cote says they have started the “Quick Pick-ups” program every other Friday:

There are 13 captains in the downtown who will distribute information and supplies to the businesses around their block.
The businesses are encouraged to post a picture of their efforts on the Downtown Partners Facebook page.
