THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE U.S.S. SIOUX CITY IS NEARLY COMPLETE AT THE MARINETTE SHIPYARD IN WISCONSIN.

THE COMMANDER OF THE LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP, SHOCKEY SNYDER, AND SOME OF HIS CREW HAVE BEEN VISITING SIOUX CITY THIS VETERAN’S DAY WEEKEND.

SNYDER GAVE AN UPDATE ON THE SHIP AT A LUNCHEON HOSTED BY THE SIOUXLAND CHAMBER ON FRIDAY AND SHOWED VIDEOS OF WHAT THE SHIP WOULD LOOK LIKE IN ACTION:
