POLICE INVESTIGATE CONSTRUCTION THEFTS

Sioux City Police are investigating a series of thefts from construction trailers.

Police say the thefts occurred overnight between October 24th and 25th at numerous construction trailers in the 3400 block of 1st Street.

The suspects caused over $1000 in damage and stole over $10-thousand dollars in tools.

Also stolen were two HEIL home furnaces, an Advanced Distributor A/C coil and a Makita “jumping jack” dirt packer.
