PERRY CREEK ELEMENTARY, THE CITY’S NEWEST PUBLIC SCHOOL, WAS OFFICIALLY DEDICATED WITH A RIBBON CUTTING BY THE SIOUX CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND SIOUXLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WEDNESDAY MORNING.

SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT DR. PAUL GAUSMAN SAYS IT’S THE 14TH SCHOOL BUILT OR RENOVATED WITH FUNDING FROM A ONE CENT SALES TAX SINCE HE BEGAN SERVING IN SIOUX CITY:

THE SCHOOL HAS AROUND 900 STUDENTS WHO FORMERLY ATTENDED CRESCENT PARK, LINCOLN AND CLARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.
