A THIRD CANDIDATE HAS FILED TO RUN FOR THE DISTRICT FIVE WOODBURY COUNTY SUPERVISORS SEAT.

GARY NILES WILL RUN AS AN INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE FOR THE POST.

HE DEFEATED SIX OTHER REPUBLICANS IN THE JUNE PRIMARY WITH 1157 VOTES, BUT FELL SHORT OF THE REQUIRED 35% TO MAKE THE NOVEMBER BALLOT.

NILES, WHO HAS WORKED FOR YEARS AS A COUNTY JUVENILE COURT OFFICER, SAYS HE’S CONFIDENT THE PUBLIC WILL MAKE HIM THE TOP VOTE GETTER AGAIN IN NOVEMBER:
