DRIVE-BY SHOOTING SUSPECT HELD ON $300,000 BOND

A SIOUX CITY MAN IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF ATTEMPTED MURDER FOLLOWING A DRIVE-BY SHOOTING EARLY SUNDAY.

COURT DOCUMENTS SAY THE SHOOTING OCCURRED FOLLOWING AN ARGUMENT BETWEEN THE ALLEGED SHOOTER, 19 YEAR OLD LASHARBE HARDY AND THE TWO VICTIMS EARLIER THAT NIGHT.

POLICE SAY THE TWO VICTIMS WERE SHOT IN FRONT OF 2025 WALL STREET AROUND 5AM.

HARDY WAS DRIVEN AWAY FROM THE SCENE BUT OFFICERS TOOK HIM INTO CUSTODY A SHORT TIME LATER DURING AT A TRAFFIC STOP ON OUTER BELT DRIVE.

ONE VICTIM, IDENTIFIED AS DANIEL PERRY, WAS SHOT IN THE RIGHT SIDE AND LEFT LEG.

THE OTHER VICTIM, MICHAEL DAVIS WAS SHOT IN THE RIGHT SIDE, SUSTAINING A CRITICAL INJURY.

BOTH VICTIMS WERE TAKEN TO A SIOUX CITY HOSPITAL.

HARDY IS BEING HELD IN THE WOODBURY COUNTY JAIL ON $300,000 BOND.
