The annual Sturgis motorcycle Rally is underway in the Black Hills of western South Dakota.
Things got off to a rough start Sunday night when a motorcycle show rider performing at the Buffalo Chip Campground when a “malfunction” caused him to go off stage and drive into the crowd.
At least four people sustained non-life threatening injuries including a broken nose and wounded leg.
So far there have been 47 D-U-I arrests at the rally, along with 14 felony drug arrests and a dozen accidents with injuries.
438 citations and 1500 warnings have been issued by local and state law enforcement.
