A Le Mars, Iowa man accused of the June stabbing death of his sister has pleaded not guilty to charges in that case.
A written plea was filed in the arraignment of 33 year old Thomas Bibler in Plymouth County District Court.
Bibler is charged with first degree murder, willful injury and going armed with intent in the June 11th stabbing death of 27 year old Shannon Bogh at her residence in Le Mars.
A December 13th trial date in the case was set by Judge Jeffrey Neary.
Bibler remains in custody on $350-thousand dollars cash bond.
