It's tulip time in Orange City. The 73rd annual tulip festival is underway and spokeswoman Rachel Meekma says there are thousands of colorful flowers to admire:

There's also the traditional street scrubbing that takes place each afternoon..
More than 100-thousand-visitors are expected to attend the three-day festival in Orange City.
