Testimony has concluded in the Monona County trial of an Onawa woman charged with murder in the drowning of her 15-month-old son.
25 year old Ashley Cameron is charged with first-degree murder and child endangerment in the 2012 death of Markis Dahms.
Police say Cameron held Markis under a running faucet in a bathtub until he drowned.
Both Cameron and her father took to the witness stand Friday to testify in her defense.
Closing statements were also presented by the prosecution with the public defender's office still to file theirs to presiding judge Jeffrey Neary.
