Another defendant charged in the robbery of a South Sioux City grocery store last summer has pleaded guilty in federal court.
20 year old Christopher Bailey of Sioux City was convicted of two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, one count of robbery, plus possessing a short-barreled rifle, possessing a short-barreled shotgun; and two counts of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
Prosecutors say Bailey and five others conspired to and robbed the Seoul Foods store in South Sioux City last June 19th.
Then on July 13th Bailey and three others robbed Sarg's Mini Mart in Sioux City. The foursome used a short barreled shotgun with an obliterated serial number - to commit that robbery.
Six others charged in the crimes have previously entered pleas.
