The South Sioux City Police Department is investigating an act of gang graffiti that occurred during the late night hours of Feb. 17th, 2013. Two subjects were detected on one of the city’s portable video cameras spraying graffiti on the side of a building. Their faces were hidden. The Police Department is asking that anyone with information on the identities of these two individuals please contact Sgt.
