IT'S A GROUP EFFORT WHEN IT COMES TO FEEDING NATIONAL GUARD SOLDIERS STATIONED IN THE DAKOTA DUNES TO MONITOR THE MISSOURI.

THROUGHOUT THE WEEK, SOLDIERS EAT MRE'S, WHICH ARE MEALS, READY TO EAT, BUT ON FIRDAYS, THEY GET A HOME-COOKED MEAL.

ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, WYNSTONE RESIDENT BARB OLSON USED HER OWN MONEY AND BEGAN COOKING MEALS FOR SOLDIERS.

OLSON SAYS THIS HER WAY OF GIVING BACK.

ON FRIDAY, SOLDIERS ENJOYED HOMEMADE CHICKEN AND NOODLES, MASHED POTATOES, VEGGIES AND DIP, DINNER ROLLS, APPLE AND CHERRY CRISPS ALONG WITH COBBLER AND BROWNIES.
