A kayak race on the Missouri River in South Dakota is back after being canceled last year due to flooding.
Saturday's 72-mile South Dakota Kayak Challenge begins in Yankton and ends in Sioux City.
Co-founder Steven Dahlmeier says almost 200 people from more than a dozen states are signed up to compete.
The first-place winner in the inaugural 2010 race completed the course in 10 hours. It took some kayakers more than a day to finish.
