A grain bin accident turned deadly Tuesday morning at a rural Plymouth County farm about five miles east of Le Mars.

The accident happened around 9:50am at 38557 180th Street.
The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department is continuing their investigation.
The name of the victim has not been released pending family notifications.
