SANDIFER TO PLEAD GUILTY TO CHARGES IN FORGERY CASE

A FORMER STUDENT FROM BRIAR CLIFF UNIVERSITY CHARGED WITH FORGERY, SOLICITING PROSTITUTION AND CRIMINAL TRANSMISSION OF A CONTAGIOUS OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE WILL PLEAD GUILTY AT A HEARING TUESDAY.

A PLEA AGREEMENT HAS BEEN FILED FOR 20-YEAR-OLD DAVION SANDIFER OF AUSTIN, TEXAS.

UNDER TERMS OF THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT, SANDIFER WILL PLEAD GUILTY TO TWO COUNTS OF FORGERY, A CLASS D FELONY, AND FIVE COUNTS OF CRIMINAL TRANSMISSION OF A CONTAGIOUS OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE.

SANDIFER WILL ALSO PAY RESTITUTION TO THE VICTIMS INVOLVED IN THE CASE.

COURT DOCUMENTS STATE THAT SANDIFER PAID FORGED CHECKS TO FIVE MALES AGES 17 TO 19 FROM HARLAN TO ENGAGE IN SEXUAL ACTS WITH HIM IN HIS BRIAR CLIFF DORM ROOM BETWEEN OCTOBER 20TH AND 22ND.

THE CHECKS WERE MADE OUT DIGITALLY TO EACH TEEN AND RANGED FROM $30,000 TO $600,000.

THE PLEA HEARING IS SET FOR 10:30AM TUESDAY IN WOODBURY COUNTY DISTRICT COURT.
