The snow emergency declared by Mayor Bob Scott in Sioux City will end Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m.
Vehicles may begin parking on both sides of the street, unless otherwise posted.
South Sioux City ended their snow emergency at noon Wednesday.
Sioux City officially received 5 inches of snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
