Police in Yankton, South Dakota have identified the man whose body was discovered Monday afternoon in the 100 block of 3rd Street in that city.
Investigators say an autopsy determined that 39-year-old David Courtney died from positional asphyxiation.
Police say no foul play is suspected in Courtney’s death.
