An Elk Point, South Dakota man has died in a car crash in Lincoln County.
The South Dakota Highway Patrol says 45-year-old Richard Strand Jr. lost control of his car, which rolled into a ditch on 276th Street, 6 miles north of Canton Tuesday morning.
Strand was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from his car.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
