Although this is not a traditional “Having Read That…” interview with an author, I had the chance to talk to Dennis Hof, the proprietor of the Moonlite Bunny Ranch, a legal brothel in Carson City, Nevada, and one of his “working girls,” Air Force Amy. (Actually, Dennis is the author of THE ART OF THE PIMP: One Man’s Search for Love, Sex, and Money…available now from Regan Arts. You can listen to my interview with Hof about his book by clicking here.) But this interview is about something else.
The United States Treasury Department recently announced its plans to replace Alexander Hamilton on the $10 bill with a female. “The Treasury Department has said that they want the honoree to be a symbol of democracy and women’s equality,” said Air Force Amy, named for her time of military service. “In the Air Force I served this country and fought for her freedom, and as a courtesan, I have elevated women’s power within the business to the level of six figure incomes and the ability to control their own destinies.”
I recorded this interview with Dennis Hof and Air Force Amy for the Tuesday, July 7, 2015, edition of “Open Line with Charlie Stone”:
